These Terms & Conditions of Use and Booking ("Terms") govern the use of the website and the booking of excursion activities in Tenerife, including but not limited to: quad tours (Quad Safari), buggy tours (Buggy Tours), and bike / e-bike tours (Bike / E-bike).

By using the website and/or submitting a request/booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Customer" means a person submitting an inquiry or making a booking.

"Services" means providing information about excursions, receiving requests, arranging bookings, communicating with the customer, and providing booking support.

"Excursion/Activity" means a selected quad/buggy/bike (e-bike) tour for a specific date and time.

"Operator" means the company/instructor directly delivering the activity (route, vehicles, equipment, safety briefing).

"Booking" means the Customer’s confirmed request to participate in an activity under the stated conditions.

2. Scope and General Provisions

2.1. We provide the website for browsing activities and submitting booking requests.

2.2. Information on the website is for general guidance and may be updated (routes, duration, requirements, included options, etc.).

2.3. The specific participation terms are defined by the selected activity description and the booking confirmation (message/email/messenger).

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1. A booking is considered arranged once we confirm availability for the selected activity on the requested date/time and receive the information required to process it.

3.2. To confirm a booking, we may request contact details, number of participants, preferred date/time, meeting/pickup point, and safety-related information (age, experience, driving licence, etc.).

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if:

  • availability is not confirmed;
  • incorrect information is provided;
  • there are reasonable grounds to believe that safety requirements will not be met.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1. The price is displayed on the website or communicated upon booking confirmation.

4.2. Pricing may depend on the participation format (e.g., individual/couple/group), duration, vehicle type, and other parameters of the specific activity.

4.3. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking. The applicable payment procedure will be communicated during the booking process.

4.4. Bank or payment-system fees (if applicable) may be charged separately and are outside our control.

5. Participation Requirements and Safety

5.1. Participation in activities requires compliance with safety rules and the guide/instructor’s instructions.

5.2. Requirements depend on the activity and may include:

  • Quads/Buggies: a valid driving licence for the driver (if required), minimum age for driver/passenger, compliance with road rules and group/convoy rules.
  • Bikes/E-bikes: basic physical fitness, ability to ride a bicycle, and compliance with route rules and group safety guidelines.

5.3. The Operator may deny participation or stop an activity if:

  • a participant is under the influence of alcohol/drugs;
  • a participant behaves aggressively or ignores the briefing;
  • a participant does not meet age/health/licence requirements (if applicable);
  • a participant poses a risk to themselves or others.

5.4. If participation is denied or stopped for the reasons listed in clause 5.3, a refund may not be provided (see Section 8), unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

6. Equipment and Personal Belongings

6.1. Recommended items for most tours: closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothing, sun protection (cream/sunglasses), and water.

6.2. For higher-altitude routes (volcanic/panoramic areas), a warm layer may be required due to wind and temperature changes.

6.3. The Customer is responsible for their personal belongings. We and/or the Operator are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless required by law.

7. Routes, Timing, Weather, and Changes

7.1. Duration and route are approximate. Changes may occur due to weather, visibility, road/trail conditions, technical reasons, authorities’ instructions, or safety considerations.

7.2. Route/time changes made for safety reasons are not considered non-performance of the service.

7.3. We reserve the right to reschedule the time/date if the activity cannot be delivered under the original conditions (e.g., due to weather), and we will offer an alternative.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

8.1. Cancellation/rescheduling/refund conditions are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Refund Policy"), if published separately, and/or by the terms confirmed at the time of booking.

8.2. If no separate policy is published, the following general principles apply:

  • refunds may be available if cancellation is made in due time before the activity starts;
  • late cancellation, no-show, or denial of participation for safety reasons may result in a limited refund or no refund;
  • in case of cancellation due to weather/force majeure, we will offer rescheduling or a refund in accordance with applicable rules.

8.3. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed and permitted by law.

9. Liability and Limitations

9.1. We are not liable for indirect losses, including (without limitation) lost profits, flight/accommodation costs, or transport expenses arising from cancellation or rescheduling.

9.2. The delivery of the activity, vehicles/equipment, safety briefing, and on-route safety are provided by the Operator in accordance with applicable law and the Operator’s safety procedures.

9.3. The Customer is responsible for:

  • providing accurate information;
  • following instructions and safety rules;
  • damage caused to the Operator’s property or third parties due to the Customer’s fault (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

9.4. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. Texts, photos, design, and other website materials are protected by copyright.

10.2. Copying or using materials without written permission is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

11. Personal Data

11.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2. By submitting a request/booking, you agree to the processing of your data to the extent necessary for communication and arranging participation.

12.2. If you have a service complaint, please provide the date, activity, description of the issue, and (if available) supporting evidence. We will review your request within a reasonable time.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

13.2. Where applicable, disputes shall be resolved by the courts at the Organizer’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

14.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the website with the effective date.

14.2. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
